Do I need a deposit to make an appointment?

Yes, once you agreed with the services you want, we require $50 deposit to make an appointment.

When does payment occur?

Payment occurs on the cleaning day. We require payment in full after the cleaning services will finish.

Can you use green products?

Certainly. Let us know you want us to use green cleaning products beforehand so we can bring them along. Whenever possible we provide and utilize the greenest cleaners available however we defer to the cleaning agents that provide the best possible results unless directed otherwise.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies, chemical and equipment?

Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home or business. The only things customer provides for their homes are toilet paper, hand soap, etc.  We can also provide Restrooms supplies for an additional fee.

What should I do before the cleaning?

In order to give you the greatest value, we ask our clients to pick up extraneous clothing, toys, put away important document and other household items and to load dirty dishes into your dishwasher. To limit liability for worker injury from sharp knives or food processor blades, we do not wash dishes.  If we find dirty dishes it would be an extra charge. Our goal is to clean your home or business as efficiently as possible; therefore we want to keep our attetion on all surfaces, making your house clean and fresh.

Will you clean in my china cabinet?

Yes, We will clean it and there is an extra charge

what if I refer a friend or family member?

Cleaning business is largely based on client referral, and we greatly appreciate the gesture giving our clients deduction on their cleaning fee or they can get a free cleaning service of their choice.  Ask our associate how it works! they will answer all your questions.
